Achievable Gradient Density and Composite Structures
Within a single vacuum-formed product, we can achieve gradient designs in terms of density and performance. For example, a high-density, high-hardness erosion-resistant layer can be designed on the heated side, while a low-density, high-insulation structure can be maintained on the unheated side, achieving a composite function of "one side robust, one side insulating." Furthermore, we can embed metal or ceramic pre-fitted parts during the forming process, or composite fiber layers of different materials in a single step (such as combining alumina fiber layers with aluminosilicate fiber layers), creating heterogeneous, multifunctional integrated components that are impossible to achieve with traditional processes.
