Superior High-Temperature Resistance
Ceramic fiberboard is a sheet-like thermal insulation material made primarily from high-quality ceramic fibers through a wet vacuum forming and high-temperature curing process. Its core advantage lies in its superior high-temperature resistance. Depending on the material, its long-term operating temperature can reach 850°C to 1430°C, with some even higher tolerance temperatures. This characteristic stems from its internal interwoven ceramic fiber network structure, which maintains excellent stability at high temperatures, preventing melting (some materials containing zirconium have even higher melting points) or deformation. Compared to traditional asbestos boards and calcium silicate boards, it offers superior strength retention and dimensional stability at high temperatures, making it an ideal choice for lining high-temperature industrial furnaces and heat treatment equipment. It effectively protects the equipment's outer structure, significantly extends its service life, and greatly reduces safety risks caused by insulation material failure.
