High Strength and Good Machinability
Through vacuum compaction and high-temperature curing, the bulk density of the product is typically higher than that of conventional needle-punched blankets, resulting in higher mechanical strength, flexural strength, and abrasion resistance. Although already formed to net or near-net dimensions, precision secondary machining, such as CNC engraving, drilling, and grinding, can still be performed when necessary to achieve higher tolerance requirements or final fit with complex assemblies, providing additional flexibility for engineering design.
